Hi loves,
I’m back with another running list of chic things — this time, wellness. Some of these may lean a little Goop-y at first glance, but they’re the kinds of rituals that have quietly earned a place in my life because they actually work for me.
This isn’t about chasing trends or turning wellness into a full-time job. It’s about the small, supportive habits that fit naturally into my days and make my body feel calm, steady, and well cared for.
Nothing here is meant to be followed perfectly. These are simply the wellness details I find endlessly chic — understated, practical, and easy to live with long term.

Morning light on bare eyes
Curtains opened before checking the phone
Drinking warm water over cold water
Quiet mornings without background noise
Walking outside daily
Gentle movement before sitting down to work
Windows opened daily, even in winter
Box breathing between tasks to reset the nervous system
Eating seated, without multitasking to activate rest-and-digest
Alcohol-free months
Cold pressed ginger shots in winter to boost immunity
Skin health supported internally

Gut health treated as daily maintenance
Seasonal eating guided by availability
Vitamin D paired with K2 in darker months
No screens while eating
Warm, cooked foods when energy is low
Bone broth or soups in colder months
Walking after meals, to support glucose regulation
Magnesium in the evening
Stress managed as a biological priority
Red light used consistently
Meaningful human connection

Fulvic and humic mineral drops in water, for trace minerals
Cooler, darker bedrooms for sleep quality and natural melatonin production
No overhead lights after sunset (candlelight or lamps only)
Phones kept out of the bedroom
Copper-charged dry brushing before showers, for lymph movement
Scalp massage at night to stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth
Infrared sauna once or twice weekly
Air purifier for cleaner air
Water, always from glass or stainless steel
A consistent sleep and wake time
Evening routines designed to downshift the nervous system
Warm showers at night
Gentle lymphatic drainage massage done at home (gua sha, body gua sha, body oil)
Legs up the wall
Lying flat on the floor, to decompress the spine
Gentle stretching in the evening

Caffeine earlier in the day, no caffeine after 2pm
Nervous system regulation daily
Longer exhales during breathwork
White space on the calendar
Leaving events before exhaustion
Saying no earlier
A humidifier during dry winter months (skin, sinuses, sleep — all better)
Rest days planned in advance
Seasonal routines that shift naturally
Earlier nights in winter
Gentler days before menstruation
Workouts adjusted by cycle
Spermidine, for cellular renewal (specifically Agent Nateur calm(beauty))
One supplement drawer, to avoid excess
Wellness kept private
Health treated as maintenance
As always, this isn’t a checklist or a prescription. It’s just a snapshot of what feels supportive, chic, and easy to live with right now. Take what resonates, leave the rest, and let your own version of wellness evolve naturally.

This is such a good list because - even though it seems like a lot at first glance - when you add these things in slowly as regular habits, it’s not actually so complicated. I did hate when I discovered that a regular sleep and wake time actually makes such a difference. 🫣 There’s quite a few new ones on here though that I want to work on! Thank you! — Christina ❣️
So good, thank you!
