Ritual Report: Inside My Current Routine
A peek into the things keeping me grounded and glowing lately.
Coming back from vacation always feels a little disorienting — like you’ve been pulled out of your rhythm and dropped into real life again. Sure, you can try to stick to your usual habits while you’re away, but let’s be honest... it’s not the same (nor is it easy). These past two weeks, my routine was completely different — in the best way. I loved every second. But now, I’m craving a return to normalcy, to what feels like me again.
This isn’t about a detox or a reset. It’s just my baseline. The way I eat, move, care for my skin, choose my fragrance — it’s less of a routine and more of a rhythm. Some rituals are non-negotiable. Others shift depending on the season or how I’m feeling. But this is the routine that keeps me feeling like me.
THE NUTRITION
My philosophy on nutrition is balance with structure. My day-to-day is mostly clean — protein, colour, fibre, hydration. But I’ll always make room for the fun stuff: a dinner out, something sweet, a cocktail. Mornings start with water, then coffee (non-negotiable). Post-workout, it’s a pea protein shake and a green juice. Snacks are usually fruit: apples, cherries, berries — whatever’s seasonal. Lunch and dinner are protein-focused, usually with greens or veg… and maybe a Coke Zero, because balance.
THE EXERCISE
A mix, always. Something that makes me sweat and something that makes me feel elegant. Lately that looks like weights and HIIT paired with mat Pilates or barre. One sculpts and builds strength, the other tones and lengthens. I need both.
THE SUPPLEMENTS
I try not to overcomplicate things. Everyone’s needs are different, but I always come back to a few basics: vitamin D (with K2 + zinc), magnesium, and vitamin C during travel or flu season. Right now I’m also taking:
– Wellbel Women for hair
– Agent Nateur calm(beauty) for sleep + stress
– Arrae MB-1 to support metabolism
These rotate depending on the season or what my body’s asking for.
